Meet Otto Harris, pastor…and puppet show host?

“I wouldn’t say that I’m a puppeteer, but I don’t mind trying new things.”

A puppet show in worship? That’s a pretty brave move (and perhaps not one that Rev. Dr. Otto Harris will attempt again any time soon).

See how Otto’s attempt at puppeteering is part of the vision and creativity happening at St. Mark’s UMC in Charlotte’s Clanton Park neighborhood.

Otto credits his experience in Reynolds Ministries leadership development offerings. A number of initiatives under Rev. Harris’s leadership have received grants from the Reynolds Ministry Fund over the years.

“It would be very fair to say Reynolds has impacted all that I do in ministry daily,” Otto says.
