The Space Enhancement Loan Fund seeks to help churches improve hospitality, accessibility and mobility, as well as update facilities with modern technology, equipment, and energy efficiency to improve ministry programs of the church. This offering grew out of an innovative partnership with the Western North Carolina Conference, Boundless Impact, and Wesley Community Development Corporation.
This rate is evaluated quarterly and may be adjusted based on market conditions. Our goal has been, and continues to be, to offer a favorable-rate loan that is below that of a commercial lender.
