Above: Western North Carolina clergy traveled to St. Louis in February to learn from an evangelical church called The Gathering, which has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2006. The Gathering describes itself as a casual, vibrant and fully welcoming community where everyone belongs.

These clergy are participants in the Reynolds Leadership Academy for Evangelism and Discipleship, a Foundation offering designed around the idea that wise leaders should dedicate time to learning from one another.
