About the facilitator
Dr. Andrea N. Johnson serves in multiple leadership roles at Central UMC in her hometown of Thomasville. As owner of ANJ Consulting Services, Dr. Johnson uses her years of experience in leadership, business, and financial management to assist individuals and organizations. Dr. Johnson has served as a faculty member at several universities and published books on entrepreneurship, personal finance and credit, and college planning. She is founder and president of BRIDGE, a nonprofit organization that promotes financial literacy and economic empowerment.
Dr. Johnson holds bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in sociology from North Carolina A&T State University and NC State University, respectively, and a doctoral degree in Leadership Studies from NC A&T. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Master’s in Business Administration program at UNC Wilmington.
